Breakdancers rejoice! Atlanta's Faust and Shortee have made an album especially for you dedicated linoliom polishers. As America's premier husband-and-wife hip-hop/funk breaks DJ duo, Faust and Shortee have honed two year's of performance skills and record knowledge into an album designed to allow themselves or others to scratchover. That's right-- there's not one track with the clever cuts heard two years ago on their solo albums for Bomb Records. Raw breakbeats with minimal bass and soulful sample elements make up the majority of the 15 tracks, with tons of rolling, snappy sanres and rattling percussion and wobbly upright bass creating a solidly rhythmic foundation. Don't expect to hear tons of wickedly executed crabs-- you'l have to see they're live show for that. Instead, switch on jams like "The Drumbattle," throw down the mat and get your up-rock on. Tomas
